Complex of 4 Villas in Skiathos Island

Four villas situated on the beautiful island of Skiathos at a height of 200 meters in ‘Agios Dimitrios’. The villas are set on 5 acres of land. They all offer a spectacular view of the towns of Skiathos, Skopelos, and of the small islands Tsougria, Maragos, and Argos.

The villas are constructed to the highest specifications and offer a spectacular view from both the ground floor and the first floor. The view cannot be affected by any villas that may be built in the future in neighboring plots of land. The owners of these villas can enjoy their stay in absolute privacy, and cherish the amazing combination of mountain and sea side that the island of Skiathos can provide. The town of Skiathos is only 2 kilometers away, and there the port connects Skiathos, by catamarans and car-ferries throughout the year, with Volos, Agios Konstantinos, Thessaloniki, Skopelos and Alonnisos. The airport of Skiathos is 2 kilometers from the villas, and connects the island with Athens airport and abroad throughout the year.

Most of the beaches on the island can be accessed by car, except for the most remote ones that can be accessed only by boat from the old port. It is also possible to visit the beaches of neighboring islands by boat as well.
All the villas are detached and have their own electricity supply, private swimming pool and the exclusive use of a garden of about 1.5 acres . The water supply is provided by means of 3 drills which in combination with a water tank of 70 m³, provide adequate water supply and ensures no water shortages occur.
In terms of security, all villas have shielded doors from ‘Doral’, electric aluminum shutters from ‘Etem’, triplex window glasses,  preinstalled alarm systems and entrance cameras to provide maximum security.

The villas have an independent heating system by means of a boiler connected to a water boiler for hot water 24 hours per day. The outer walls are heat insulated, and the temperature can be set autonomously for each floor of each  villa. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living/dining rooms, kitchens and the verandas have ‘Marazzi’ floor granite tiles.

The living rooms offer spectacular view from the rotating 2×1,8 glass window, suggesting relaxing times ahead. There are modern fireplaces in each villa and as far as entertainment is concerned, the provision for the installation of a satellite sound system and of a satellite antenna will ensure a surround sound system only found in cinemas. The first villa has 4 master bedrooms (8-10 people), the second villa has 3 master bedrooms (6-8 people) the third villa has 2 master bedrooms (4-6 people) and the forth villa has 2 master bedrooms (4-6 people).
